Can I get my sump off ??

Not sure that would work. I wouldn't go that way myself but up to you. I think the potential issues would be the sump bolts may not be long enough, the sump bolts may work loose and fall out, you won't get a good enough seal between the two gaskets, with two gaskets, one of them may not seat correctly and subsequently may move causing a leak.

I may be wrong but those are the risks as I see them.

Fair enough , I will try it with gasket number 1!

Well that took most of saturday afternoon lol. spent more time jacking the car up with the kit I had and cleaning the sump off and out than I did unbolting and bolting anything lol.

Anyway I was saying :- before I bought the car.

Clearance wise I still has the wheels touching my ramps but the car was jacked up off the suspension.

I undid the bolts and hit it with a hammer wrapped in a rag and it fell straight on the floor- so no wiggling needed. I was glad it didnt smash!

Leak wise I am hoping the entire tube of hylomar I used will take care of that lol
