Got the torque setting idea.
I take it that the locking bar just bolts on to the pulley with the 4 bolts??

Check out the Difflock guide. The pictures are very helpful. They also sell the cheapest crank pulley holding tool.

Seen it but with a garage full of milling machines, lathes and drills, aint no way i'm buying the tool

Started collecting bits, got the viscuous fan spanner and a couple of wading plugs to make the flywheel lock pin, both on the fleabay £11 the lot
