I'm after a pair of extra high-beam lights to go on my 90, or possibly one high beam (directly in front of the driver) and one fog light (in the corresponding place on the other side.) I'm thinking of mounting them onto the top of the bumper rather than to an a-bar etc. But I'm not sure whether round or rectangular lights would look better fitted in this way. With an a-bar, two 7-inch round ones seem to look best as they sort of match the standard headlights, but I wonder if the proportions of the rectangular ones would better suit bumper mounting.

So what lights have you all got? :D

i have neither. The issue is square - the rest of the whole dam car is square lets face it - nice look

Round - all the actual lights are round. Which part of your OCD will hurt the least?

I think they are all shat.
Go rusty
Keep coming loose
Get in the way of fixing stuff.
An generally drop orf.

Saw a series 3 go past today with a pair of small round lights (probably 5 3/4" ones) on the front bumper, pretty much in line with the chassis rails. Looked good and I think this is the way to go. Not yet decided between a pair of spots or one spot and one fog.

Why do you want any?

Ebayed a mixed pair of Raydyot lights- one fog, one spot- that appear to be new-old stock from the 80s. Experimenting a bit with positioning- there are a couple of existing holes in the bumper that I'll probably make use of, and I suspect that this is where a previous owner had some lights as there was some (bodged, hastily removed) wiring under the bonnet when I bought the 90. Otherwise I may space them out slightly so they're in line with the chassis rails. I might give the fog light lens the yellow glass treatment with some stained glass paint for a classic look, but not decided yet.
