Have you got a welder to put the mounts onto the chassis and weld into place where original sills were ?
Ok simples. Long piece will be 280mm and short piece 100mm. Could you put 2 x 10mm holes in the short piece at equals
how far in off the leading edge ? think doing it at 33.3mm might be a bit awkward getting them perfect

He's got sidesteps on his too so I can probably get the perfect measurements off that if they're still on it
