Bubbles

Hi. We recently bought a 2000 Discovery TD5 GS with low miles and up to date paperwork. We failed to spot a small amount of corrosion just above the windscreen rubber. It is present on both sides and looks like the seal itself has bit into the paint and exposed metal. It's not what you expect to find on a car this age. Are there owners out there with the same problem?. Want to get it sorted as soon as, any recomends?. I live in north manchester. Gra.
