Most on here would advise avoiding the use of safety critical parts from britpart. But to be honest most aftermarket parts seem to be poor quality these days. Go for a well named brand such as Ferodo.

Not tried their discs but have their callipers on my 90 and the D3 and master and wheel cylinders on the series and to be fair not been any issues at all.

I'd always go for a decent brand for pads, calipers and discs are either going to work or not, any issues should be easier to spot. Just my opinion

As above, where possible go for good brands, but money was very tight when I needed to do mine so I went with Britpart discs all-round and calipers on the front. They are fine and my thinking was that no company could afford to break the law by selling unsafe safety critical parts like brakes. Britpart have a bad name and some of their stuff is absolute rubbish but some of their parts are no worse than any other aftermarket stuff.

Yes, they are fine.
Fitted BP discs all round and callipers to the rear of my old 90. To my wife's Freelander 1, I fitted discs & drums. All fitted perfectly & functioned well giving no problems whatsoever over the following years.

Dont forget the vast majority of sellers dont make their brake parts or control where they come from, so most if not all will be from the same wholesaler.
So when people say bearmach better than britpart etc etc just smile.
