Oi Buster that is what we have been saying you can get cheap. Or you can get oem or the good name brand just have to ask and you pay a little extra.

1.6p for a wheel bearing:doh::doh: thats cheap. Them timken bearings last for ever

To be brutally honest John, from an outsiders view looking in, recently you have started to come across as a bit of a creep in a few areas, the sucking up to the Mods and Admins is getting well, tiresome would be the best thing I could say and some of your comments to the few female members we have on here are quite frankly the sort of thing you would expect from the creepy old uncle who watches his younger nieces getting changed to go swimming whilst rubbing his crotch through his brown corduroy trousers.

Now I don't profess to be a Landy expert and therefore don't feel the need to comment on every thread I read with the first thing that springs to mind, whether it be relevant or even useful, whereas this seems to be your tact, more "carpet bombing" rather than the "surgical strike" we are told we have come to expect from our long lost cousins over the pond:rolleyes:

Aye, ah've tried the britpart wheel bearings and they lasted no time! Went back tae timkens and all has been just fine;)
It's been a wee whiles since ah was last in me local indy fur stuff (haven't needed owt fur ages) but they know not tae offer me britpart stuff;) Used tae be in at least twice or thrice a week easily when ah was doin' up the bus. Ah was always given britpart stuff as ah didn't know any better.. and ah was back again in no time changin' it!
The last thing ah bought that was britpart was the headlights. Ah only got them as there wasn't anything else available at the time and ah'd have probably gotten a pull fur the old ones! The chrome was comin'off and they were startin' tae get a wee bit rotten.. not bad fur just over a year old and not bein' submersed in water (britpart!). As far as ah know, ah don't have any other britpart part on me bus ... thank feck!;):D

Ah tell a lie.... The big nuts that are on the stub axles (and possibly the lockin' rings) that hold the wheel bearings in are britpart .. appologies;):D

Now DiscoPol what female have I made these comments that you say I have said. Know then ones I know that are and act like ladies I speak to as Ladies.

Now we do have a couple of course talking females on here and when I'm spoken to in a course manner then such is returned, fair play, Now If I have said something to some one and they don't Like then just PM me and we can have a nice chat to see if we can put our differences aside.

I have had some stuff said to me and I didn't like and went to PM and now have sorted out and are friends.I have said stuff to some very few, say I stepped on there toes, and said was sorry and things are ok. Have Pm's where some have said how can you take that from a so&so and we chat about it.

If you have problems with me or anyone else with me, then lets go to Pm and we will discuss in a adult manor.

As going to admin/mod well those are the rules and procedures.I do not back stab anyone I will let you know what I'm doing straight away no surprise. If you are a troll I'll get ya if not a troll then no problem.

One thing about me I'm honest and will tell you the way it is. The sun rise's in the east and the sun sets in the west Whats wrong with that, DiscoPol???
