you get more damping of torque in a dual mass than the springs in a conventional clutch hence there introduction ,solid usually gives transmission chatter at idle,as was common with 300 tdis before they modified clutch

but are they as robust ? have heard that the puma's eat clutches ,lad i know works in a local stealers and he said he's had 2 that have had 4/5 in the first 2 years of use

I just added a spreadsheet so people can add there names for manning the stand without having to trawl through umpteen pages to find the last list.

That way Ratty won't keep getting kicked off

Anyway. We are proposing to fix other people's Landys, in public, when we couldn't even collectiveley put a cheap tent back in it's bag.

Can anyone else see the flaw with this plan. It's gonna be carnage.

How about we buy a really old knackered thing on ebay before the show, do it up at the show then flog it on eBay afterwards, with the profits funding next year's show?

Nope, but a stand comes with some free (depending on size) passes and we can split the cost between us.

I would guess, represent the LoonyZone love.

So that would be waiting for someone new come along and ask a simple question, then jump down their throat and tell them to use the search.
Ideally you should be drunk at the time

Seriously though, it's not about haveing the best mechanical knowledge, it's about lov'in Landys and sharing knowledge and being part of supportive community.
