What is the work you've carried out, just so we're clear on what has and hasn't been done. Also, what checks and tests have you carried out?.
I haven't a smoke machine to test I took the booster off and it had oil in it I emptied it out as I bought the wrong booster just put it back on. I have changed the vacuum pipes and valve on the vacuum pump. Now it changes gear much better for some reason but when the car is at idle and your trying to park the break go hard. I have bleed the breaks 3 times now with the obd computer.

Sounds like you either have a vacuum leak or the pump is not functioning correctly. It won't be hydraulics if the pedal is hard.

As I suggested earlier you really do need to be changing the brake booster, it's fundemental to the safety of the vehicle.

Yes I have ordered the right one this time. I will have to get it smoke tested as its not holding pressure. If you drive and stop it has pressure when you undo the vacuum like but if you reverse and on the break all the time there isn't any
