Then you need to remove both pipes from the vacuum pump, if one has oil in and not the other, then you will probably just need the rework kit - I'll dig out the part number later. If both pipes have a roughly equal amount of oil in them, then you'll need to replace the VAC pump and seal along with the brake booster & possibly the brake master cylinder.
Rework kit ? And what about the oil in the booster ?

You'll need to replace the brake booster as a minimum.
The part number for the pipe & valve kit is LR018673.
The recall documentation (which you have had carried out or your vehicle is beyond the recall VIN range) with the work instructions included is P017 below.

Hi mate I had to empty the oil out the booster and change the seal on the master cylinder. Now the breaks work but it won't change gear in automatic just manual. Any ideas ?

You need to reset or replace the switch, it's the usual Ford method of twist to release, push down onto the pedal then twist back to lock in place, if that doesn't work, time for a new brake pedal switch.

I would strongly recommend you replace the brake booster if it's been contaminated with engine oil, the diaphragm will have softened and could tear.

Hi mate is it easy to remove the vacuum pump and replace the seals in it as the breaks have went back to being hard again?

It's not too bad a job to replace the vacuum pump - by seals do you mean valves? if so, then follow the work instruction in the P017 recall I posted above. The booster shouldn't have filled up that quickly - have you done any diagnosis of the vacuum system?

I haven't as I dont have a smoke machine. But I was looking at the vacuum pump on ebay and it said that was the cause of the oil in the booster and a hard break peddle

Who needs proper diagnosis when you've got ebay eh?
Your money, spend it how you want.
Make sure you get a new metal seal and the lower bolt is far easier from underneath.

Sorry I have only just looked at that p017 I was going to get the new seals for inside the pump but just realised it's the valve.

Sorry mate just ordered that LR018673 now. Do you have to take the pump off to get the valve out ?

No, you can do it in situ - as shown in the work instructions. It'd be easier, but not necessary to remove the vacuum pump.

What is the work you've carried out, just so we're clear on what has and hasn't been done. Also, what checks and tests have you carried out?.
