Are the brake shoes for the 1.8 petrol the same as for the L series and the later BMW diesel?

Are the V6 different?

I'm looking at a set for my 1.8 petrol [1998]

Looking here: New Parts for Freelander 1998-2006 Models - Brakes it seems they are the same across the models but changed for the 2001 MY
