I’m getting tired of ordering a specific brand of part and being supplied with something else.
I have ordered a Bearmach rear blade from OffRoadRovers on eBay and have been supplied with a Blades Direct item.

What are your views on whether it’s a reasonable replacement or did standard to Bearmach?

Last week I ordered a Bearmach rear wiper motor from LR Trade Parts and was supplied a no name piece of junk. I’m tired of it. Do companies think we won’t notice?

But i trust Bearmach over britpart . and most parts are re-badged its the quality control that matters . I got sick of been sent britpart rubbish only then having to change it for bearmach , its not LANDROVER but its ok .
But your spot-on do they think we wont notice , but you get o but its what we fit crap and never had any problems . annoying .

Yes, I understand that Bearmach puts their name on stuff. I think they have stuff manufactured for them don’t they? Which enables some quality control, as Bongo says.

This blade cost me £6.30 delivered, which isn’t much but do I complain on principle of being sent something other than what I ordered? Or are Blades Direct wipers actually pretty good and would be worth keeping?

I think I’ll complain. For £6.30 they can’t be that good and companies have got to stop treating us like fools.

As predicted, here's they reply from the company...

"The wiper blades supplied is actually a better quality item from Allmakes as the Bearmach wipers are temporarily out of stock with the supplier."

If they're out of stock, why still advertise it? If you want to send an alternative product, why not ask me first? And, I looked on the Bearmach site and they says their's are from Lucas. That's OEM.
