Do more than just ask, search on here http://www.biopowered.co.uk/wiki/Vegetable_oil_and_Biodiesel_wiki for 27/3 test and 50/50 test, these will tell you exactly what sort of bio they are selling.
Post photos of the test on here and we'll tell you how good or bad it is.
Please keep in mind that only a few commercial producers will take the time to produce what most home brewers consider to be good fuel.
I'll happly do the tests for you if you send me a small sample of the fuel (100ml is enough), I can even give you the PPM levels of soap.
