Those teeth might turn out to be a wee bit coarse for cutting thin sheet. Is there anything a bit finer on offer anywhere?
There's also a fein at my dads house, there's ALOT of stuff at my dads I'll probably do it there in his nice warm garage instead of my cold drive
Your dad sounds like an ideal dad! I've raided my parent's shed and came away with 2 rusty screwdrivers.
Want to make mine into a king cab,
What's the best thing to use to get a nice straight cut?
plasma cutter is the way to go
first check on a scrap piece or alloy
make sure it cuts it, and not melts it
some plasma cutters are not designed for cutting alloy
I'd go for careful marking, a steady hand and a thin cutting disk.
I'd say a circular saw was too coarse and powerful and a jigsaw prone to the blade wandering off 90 degrees when cutting through channels.
