Could be bovine in origin?
There's lowline and highline for a start. Guess the models could change over the years too. Need that russian site of Wammers and see what replacements are available!

A software version 34 would of never run your car. Never.
So your becm has indeed been swapped, & not only swapped, but swapped with one that will never run your engine. You're not the first person this has happened to, a few forum members have had this aswell. They never got there money back, but don't let that stop you trying.

Hi Rick the becm with version 34 software was one my fitter was trying to cure the lights problem my becm was version 35 he said

A version V35 still wouldn't run a thor motronic.

Oh ok well my mechanic had 2 becm repaired at same time as mine so don't suppose they b much good to him either thanks for your help rick I no nxt time

Hi Rick, unfortunately its not a crane, just another Cherry Picker on the floor below the only way to access the Green Picker in my photo (at about 650ft above the street below) which has broken down and I have to repair it, its also sitting on top of an open shaft core to ground level (i believe).
I had to change the starter battery and then work on both sides of the engine. I then had to test the machines control functions from the lower controls (located on the turret) and then I had to reposition the cage (I'm standing in when the photo was taken) next to the repaired Cherry Pickers cage, then simply get out of the cage walk along the steel beam and get into the other cage then function test the machine. Return to the steel beam, get out, walk along, get in, and return to the floor below,....simples.... all in a days work
. Photo's attached are a larger photo of the Picker and The Leadenhall Building the red square is where the picker was located when I repaired it, obviously the building was almost finished in the second photo, but it does show the height where I work at times....
Unfortunately the building is now wind and water tight, but if there's ever another tall build in London, I'll possibly be up there in the dry, rain, snow and if I'm lucky sunny n warm...

Most of the time (at this height) they're below or level with you flying over the Thames, apart from the Air Ambulances which buzz around a fair bit.

Safety harness and 2 lanyards with scaffold hooks, the most you'll fall is 6 feet, just make sure your clipped on to a solid item.

Thought you did time as a fireman, hanging out of the sixth floor of the drill tower on the end of a hook ladder wasn't for you then.
