That is one clean machine
Couple of gauges like that would be nice and green would look OE. Maybe one day you’ll show me how :)

Many thks , has certainly taken time

Few piccies for u , I also added a 3.5mm socket should be easy to spot , is in the 2nd picture , lol , took me long enough to fit it and wanted it to blend in , see what u think plse

Isn’t in the first pic, lol

Also fitted an aux fuse box in my upper glove box, all runs off my aux battery via a relay which has an ign trigger wire so fuse box goes off when key is removed

Have a temp gauge on the instrument panel for outside temp, bottom gauge displays inside temp

Indeed , that’s why I fitted green backlit gauges so there OE

Goes without question , very apply to help where ever I can

Plus a little OBD2 box I got , will see if it’s any good or not , need to fit it properly and run the wires

It does look like it's factory between the prog/demist. I like it

Think most would think it’s standard, then panic when opened glove box :):D

Many thks , that’s the look I was going for so it didn’t look to much out of place

Took me months to work out everything of the upper glove box and bottom panel

Top glove box I didn’t really use , has the larger lower glove box

Managed to find a pic of virtually the entire dashboard , so I can see the upper glove box where the wiring is in and larger one of course underneath

Also fitted a puddle light

Hi

Do u mean the puddle light that u have to cut a hole for the P38

Thks

You can get puddle lights that include a Range Rover logo like your Land Rover one. However, they don't fit the original puddle-light hole on the P38 so you have to hack the hole a bit to make the light fitting fit.

Ah i see , thks , seems daft but is a Land Rover after all , lol

On mine being a base model the hole wasn't there but has a blank with the lines on the plastic , I just used a Dremel to cut along the lines

U can also fit lights under the door mirrors as well

That is impressive

Bless u, has been a lot of hard work but really enjoyed working on the disco , apart from when I done the rear upper wishbones , worse job I’ve ever done for agro

Think it’s come along way in the 3 x years

Thank you everyone for your input. Latest is that after 2 days connected with no start or use, new battery has been checked and found to have dropped to 78% of charge but still showing over 12 volts. This confirms it was a faulty battery. However is 22% drop in charge acceptable or does it prove parasitic draw?
I’ve bought the Bluetooth battery monitor so I can have some comfort. Do I ask the garage to continue to try to find fault or is this level of power use normal?

A good battery should not drop that much in 2 days even on a land rover product.
