Hi,

I've a light bar fitted, just wondering where you have located your Aux switches? I am trying to keep my 1999 as stock looking as possible so not looking to put anything drastic in there, just an easily accessible switch thats not too much in ya face.

Thanks, pics if possible?

Do you have a spare space in the panel by your right knee? Some have 3 spaces but only use 2.
Pics of yours would help suggestions ;)

Search for rdx side pods
Mine looks like this screws into existing holes

That's a tidy solution. I need to remember it now for when I sort ours:vb-groan2:.

Bolt on bits has plenty of ideas & switches. Can be a pain to search the site for ideas but I buy loads when I shop from them.
Best bit about them pods your right by the dash so easy to hide electrics/relays etc

I just had a quick look and the first thing that hit me was BOB :vb-rofl:.
Now back to looking:).

All three used, Demister, Hazards and Fog Light
Move the dog light to the steering column like the older ones have using the headlight atyle
Switch and you would then have a spare space.

But there should be at least one might even be two spaces on the underside of the dash binicle that you could use. Which might be what @Anaconda was referring to.

Yes your right, I just hadn't remembered the location correctly.

I have a neat replacement center panel from MUD UK, has an uprated power socket, Switch for interior light independent of the dash/interior light switch that passenger can use as well, Rear work light, the usual rear wipe/wash and a spare blank.

It is in part 6 on the part diagram above, and will have a plastic blanking plate filling the hole. the hole is sized for a switch the same as in the three switch panel by your knee. Looking at the pic below it is just a single switch position, but mean no modifications required for a single additional switch.
