Aux or usb for RR Vogue -03

Hello! I just bought my dream car Range Rover Vogue TD6 2003.
I want iphone / usb or aux input. And i have sirius satellite radio. It has tape slot behind front panel and satellite disc slot in trunk. But it doesn't have cd changer? or then i just couldn't find it? but behind "mode" button there is cd option and it says "no cd". It also has television option and "tv-box" in trunk with multiple rca plugs.

What choices i have?

cd changer is in the glove box

I found the cd changer, but it is broken because it won't give cd tray.
But how i get usb or aux for my RR?

Knock to cassette holding the cds whilst pressing the eject button works
There's a YouTube clip on it if you search

Yeah i got cd changer working There was Navigation cd on 1st slot ;D I tried to put it to navigation cd slot in trunk but navi won't suck it, i pushed it far as i cuold with finger but nothing, and eject button don't work...

And i bought 2005 bmw BM54 module but it has round pins and range has flat pins. I found adapter for it but then there is also those small pins, range has 12 small pin and bmw has 10 small pin and i can't find adapter for that... So i'm trying to get aux.
