Series 2 Anyone put ep140's in the axles

I use GL4, read a lot of quality research on the web, the problems are related to high pressure wear so you can soak it as long as you like, won't show a difference. GL4 is easy to get in 5l cans at our local factors and costs the same as GL5.
 
That seems counterintuitive to me, the one place on a Land Rover where you expect to suffer high pressure wear is the CWP, that's what EP stands for, extreme pressure. If that's the case why did Land Rover ever specify an EP GL5 for any of their CWP's.
