Not a bad idea. I got rid of most of them when I had the new bulkhead fitted. Still a bit on the top of the doors New or mended doors is on my list but not for me to do

Do you paint, or knit, or sew, or anything? Perhaps you could do something cosmetic in the decorative line, could be practical too, like make seat covers for it. Not being sexist here, just that cosmetic implies to decorate.

Or you could rotate the wheels to economise on tyres, until you then end up having to renew the lot all at one go! That's maintenance. I think!
I can spray paint and decorate the house
. Knitting I doubt but I used to be able to use a sewing machine. Only ever made curtains but who knows. Maybe some new seat covers would work. The old owners of my house left an electric machine behind, no idea if it works though Perhaps some nice pink ones
I have a spare set of STT Pros in the garage
. Dammed nuisance trying to find someone to fit them though. Apparently you need a special machine to make them fit to the rims ( or some lighter fluid )
you could paint the rest of it? From the photo (dont know how up to date it is) there looks to be a rust patch on the bulkhead above the top hinge. A wire brush, some rust converter, primer and then blue top coat will help prevent it spreading? Also nothing to go wrong which will immobilise the vehicle!

I'm not short of things to do on the landy and not short of supplies.
That all looks like oil though, if your not driving it because of lock down it wont need servicing. What you need it lots of paint to go with the waxoil and when we come out of lockdown it will look like a new vehicle!
I am also disappointed to see a can of radweld hope that was a temporary before it was replaced and not a permanent fix

I remember buying it in 2006 to try and sort a weep on the cylinder head of a triumph trophy I had at the time. It didn't work so I retorqued the head, that worked. The radweld is probably now solid, I will go and chuck it in the bin. General servicing is up to date but I need to change the diff oils and change the coolant, both on the shelf. Very minor rust here and there on the chassis needs brushing off - but got no paintI am also disappointed to see a can of radweld hope that was a temporary before it was replaced and not a permanent fix
. And need to investigate why the radio is not working. And maybe a good muck-out.You cant do that, If you remove the years of ingrained mud and grime it will lose its comforting land rover smell of ep90 and wet dog!

Just listening to Bush & Richie on Absolute Radio. They're discussing "have you ever been locked out...?" They've suggested whilst we're all at home we try breaking into our own homes...Actually, this sounds quite a lot of fun
PS I have two 'secret' ways of gaining access to home without breaking glass/doors/windows. It's worth everyone thinking as to how you'd get in if you accidentally lock yourself out

Best thing I ever did was download the RAVE manual and walk through the maintenance items in the first few pages. lovely easy jobs, that make a massive difference.

Like two of my kids did one morning when they went out front for a smoke ...
Each thought the other had a key and neither had their phones ...
They ended up flagging down a Virgin Media van and asking to use his phone to phone me at work ... luckily I only worked some 15 minutes drive away ...
