Normal media bolox again Mingy..as per normal nowt said about all the 'normal' cars running exactly the same engine with exactly the same fuel consumption, but then again why should they? Easy target for all the born again hippy tree huggers aren't we? Ok then, anyone been watching the program about a bunch of hippies who buy a house in cornwall and want to live the green life. The installed waterwheels, keep pigs, grow their own stuff AND drive a 90 diesel.
 
Thats a different kettle of fish entirely James, he's a real character. Have you seen his series on the Discovery channel about Weird weaponry? Quality stuff, and a real Tash for a change..Wouldn't expect anything else from a zob, top bloke..:D

One more comment about that bloody anti 4x4 show last night.

They showed their ignorance a few times when they showed the Lexus RX400h. They showed it about four times in various parts of the show running slowing through a large town or city.

Wonder if they realised they were showing a hybrid vehicle which given the speed it was doping would have been running on electric and gas guzzling as they suggest.

Not really keen on these cars but it shows that if they can let that fact slip a few times, then what else did they make up or misunderstand.

why oh why oh why do we keep wheeling out the " anti 4x4 brigade" **** if thur wur less mention of them they'd go away and start bleating about baked beans contributing towards global warming

Gaylander boys & gurlz shunt worry anyways. Cuz of the vicious kipling most of the time their little cars are predominantly 2 wheel drive anyways ain't they? You could argue the toss with the tree huggers & they'd probably let you off out of pity. :D

Yip, but my dear Judas, I dunt describe my veekal as a 4X4 as was the urdressers in preeseeding posts. Mine as you so rightly say has selectable four wheel drive, whereas them Gaylander jobbies have mainly 2 wheel drive and the arsistance of an inline jelly mould for driving across more challenging terrain. We call them lawns. :D
 
Trucks don't 'ave windas and seats in the back... you could call it a bus or a SWB coach if yer likes - but truck is way out unless you fit van sides at least or go the whole proper hog and fit a TRUCK-cab. Clue is in the name :p
