Hi,

For time, my D2 is showing/clearing the 3 amigos by his own.
When I have the car stoped off 3 or 4 days, as soon as I turn car on, 3 amigos are coming. Then, I drive the car for one or two days and the lights are shutdown…
I tried to read the error codes in ECU but it show no error stored… ( I just was able to read the ecu when the car had no ative error on display but it was active in same day but during the travel to my friends house.. lights went off…)

Any hints?

Hi, if a proper D2 compatible diagnostic tool(not some OBD2 device) was used and there are no codes logged after the 3 amigos were on several times then the SLABS ECU is the first suspect, if you dont have access to proper scanner and after the 3 amigos the ABS light doesnt stay on alone untill you exceed 10mph then do the SVS bypass wiring mod(attached) maybe you are lucky to be that cos it's quite common. If the ABS remains on alone then it's a wheel speed sensor signal issue(usually the hub)

***for the bypass that additional connector shown in the doc is not necessary, just connect one wire to ground and the other to the YG wire toward the ECU

I have used nanocom ( 1st gen) to read the error codes.
As I explain, the 3 lights come together is the car is stopped for 3 days and maybe after 2 days the 3 lights are gone. If I drive it every day, no lights are coming …
I’ll take a look to bypass.

Hi,
Still searching for the root cause..
I've change my ABS ECU (SDR 0000150).
3 amigos still there...
I've check the continuity from C0501/1 C0506/1. -> OK
Ive checked the ABS connectors for corrosion -> OK

My nanocom v1 get a error:
Fault 03-04 Front left outlet valve open circuit ( intermittent )

Any ideas?

the outlet valve is within the modulator, unfortunately you can't physically check it nor bypass it but the real problem is that it's intermittent so you can't rule it out 100% with a continuity check if you don't catch the open circuit when it's current... as long as between C0501-1 and 0506-1 is not open circuit and the pins in both connectors are tight and clean the only way is to replace the modulator then if still the same rewire that particular circuit(or rewire it first but being hardwired it's quite unlikely to be that)

would this be a reason also for my air suspension to not rising? I hit the button, i hear the sound, the light comes up while im pressing the button but then, nothing happen...

The ABS modulator has nothing to do with the suspension, if no warning or codes for SLS and the ORM light keeps flashing while the compressor is running but not rising you'll have to change the compressor's piston ring(many of them on ebay) ... doable in situ no need to remove the whole unit just the two allen bolts and first one from the bottom of the housing + the exhaust pipe and the pump cover comes out enough hanging in the wires(i did it in situ with LH side on a ramp in less than 1 hour without hurry and cofee/cigarette break included)

my conclusion so far:
The big issue is on the front left valve. When i try so activate it via Nanocom, i hear no sound from the valve. For all the others i can hear opening and closing. This weekend i will chnage the ABS modulator and see the behavior.
Regarding the suspension, i swap the ABS ECU and the problem is solved now.
Fingers crossed that my 3 amigos will go away this weekend. :)
Thanks @sierrafery for all your inputs.
