High performance aluminium intercooler can improve performance by as much as 35% when combined with correct tuning. Maximum power can be increased to over 150bhp from 111bhp in standard form.
Fuel economy increases by on average 10% with a reduction in cylinder head thermal stress.

would it fit a td5 or 200tdi ? might be interested

do the inlet and outlet pipe come out at opposite ends? and if so top and bottom or both the same ie;at the top or bottom (if that makes any sense)

The out lets are the same as a standard intercooer top and bottom on the right hand side of the cooler

sounds like it will go in a 200 then but not the td5 without a lot of mods

was more hoping to fit the td5 (old 200tdi is only for off-roading anyway

no, the outlets on a td5 intecooler are on each end and there aint room for the fancy pipes

Yes, but the disco one is 60mm and fender is 50mm.
I have the 60mm one but is a very tight fit
