Alarm and Central Locking issues BCU?

Alarm on constantly and will trigger on opening the drivers door or turning on ignition.
Car will start and runs ok but suspension inactive fault on constant and wont reset.
Have checked right hand rear fuse board and left hand dvd player well, and all dry as is the under seat area where the BCU lives.

I've had the BCU out and unplugged it, it all looks pristine.

Could the BCU be knackered, as it does control the alarm and central locking amongst other functions?
Don't know whether it is related but if the front or rear windscreen heater button is pressed is will illuminate for a moment before bringing the blower on.

Any help greatly appreciated before I torch the thing.
