If your thinking of coils then you've given up already. Sell it and buy a Ka.
that coil idea comes when the whole system need replacing.
and no. not driving anything under 2.3 l. and especial nothing small enough to fill potholes.

You can check if the pump runs by removing relay 20 and bridging terminals 5 an3 If the eas is in hard fault all the lights on the height switch will be lit, you need the fault cleared before it worksThanks.
no is not a truck or jeep. she calls it monster truck. for me is my toy.
i dont want it on coils. i would prefer having the bloody airpump working. lol

you need a cable from @Datatek to clear the hard fault.there was no relay
i got a new one and put it in.
all lights on, but the esa warning in the dash came on next to max speed 35 mph.
when i removed the pump, it was not working by testing it outside the vehicle. the replacement one is.
by using a compressor and blowing the bags manuel up they staying 3 to 5 days in acceptable ridehight.
so its defo the pump which needed replacing.
now i need it working.

i did owe a v8 back in the late 80s. it was great.
i understand there is always something which need to be done.
i am learning how i go along and if i need help i found its a great place in here for help. even i feel stupid sometimes asking stuff i should know.
and yes i have help because some of the stuff i cant do myself anymore since my Accident.
in my younger days i managed engine repairs or 4x4 tyre changes on my own easy
now i cant change them range rover tyres myself anymore. its frustrating.
i had for the last 2 years a galaxy which is great but with time my back gets worse - so my idea was going back to an automatic but something i like,
range rovers and cherokees was always my favourites.
Cherokees are out of question. lol.
even more hassle and agro as range rovers.
once this thing is one the road i may be more relaxed about it.
despite buying it and wanted one to drive, i did bite the lemon and got a new airpump instead using an tyre compressor for the suspension, i changed airfilter, engine oil and filters, even the dirty old pollen filters are changed.
one of the heater fans did not want to stay alive anymore - burned red cable connection told the story - i ordered that too. ) driverside - which caused a hot relais and none of the motors worked. blowing bulbs on the hevac etc.
but we found why so new motor is coming and problem solved. i hope.
so bits by bits get exchanged making it all working again.
i want to try keeping it original as possible. but the day the suspension is going i can get the coil conversion very cheap - isch - and thats the way i will go.
the engines on them are brilliant. running forever with bit of looking after.
if i can get the software and cable for 20 quit im happy to get that. at least it solves a lot of head scratching i guess.
i try to keep it on air.
yes i did message him direct.
its just i need i working by thursday next week as the galaxy is gone by then. or i have to buy another car and abandon the range rover.
money is not enough for two cars and i cant be without .
im really trying to get it running but there is always something else to stop it from doing what it should. lol

If you have no EAS error message on the dash, check that the EAS ECU under the passenger seat is plugged in and that there are no extra wires to disable the error messages.i try to keep it on air.
