aircon drain tubes?

Looked under me disco this aft only to find drips of what seems to be just water coming from a tube above gearbox, passenger side :confused:. Never noticed this before in the 6 months I've had it. Done a search and seems like it could be an aircon drain tube, do they do this often and why have I never seen it before?

They also block regularly and pee water inside.
