I was thinking more of the vibration damaging a filament in one bulb so the other stays lit.SRS wires are nowhere near screen seal as far as I recall.

Thinking about it it does seem dimmer.tomorrow shall tell.If one bulb is out of should be slightly dimmer on one side of the SRS. not really noticed if you don't look for it and the ambient light isn't just right
Prefer sniffing the white powder these daysUse smokeless cartridges mate or are you still on black powder?

No mate.checked the bulbs today both ok,will have to power up the old laptop and see what occurring.Left the car out of the garage tonight to check the heated screen is working before they come back on Saturday to finish the job.
You've got your model well trained, mine comes to the window to make sure I'm not enjoying myself tooo much or I haven't frozen to death.Put a mug of something hot on the dash... Then turn the screen on. That'll tell you if it's working
was that auto glass again took about 3 weeks for mine to be fitted toIt took four visits to fit mine last month. First guy turned up and said it was going to rain so left? Next guy said he didn't have the correct trims so left. Third guy turned up in the rain and said his awning not tall enough to cover the car. Number. four fitted it. This took three weeks in all.
Luckily I have a garage big enough to get the car in and for him to work around it.I got a phone call in the morning asking if I could go to their depot as "the weather looks iffy" I told him no as I'm shielding, he was happy when he arrived. Nice guy and he wouldn't fit the new top trim because it had a dent in it. That's being fitted tomorrow. Well I tested the screen and only the near side works, looked at Rave and they couldn't make the set-up more complicated if they tried got the old laptop running so when I'm waiting for the screen guy tomorrow I can have a look for the airbag fault and the screen relays. Number 5 is ok as the n/s is working got to check if its powering number4.for the o /s.Luckily I have a garage big enough to get the car in and for him to work around it.I got a phone call in the morning asking if I could go to their depot as "the weather looks iffy" I told him no as I'm shielding, he was happy when he arrived. when I checked mine the driver side was clearing quicker than passengers side my neighbour who id a electrician tested it and found the driver side was using more polarity than the passenger side he said was about 2 amp differential in themWell I tested the screen and only the near side works, looked at Rave and they couldn't make the set-up more complicated if they tried got the old laptop running so when I'm waiting for the screen guy tomorrow I can have a look for the airbag fault and the screen relays. What was the solution mate, I had an electric kettle to steam up the inside,I'll have to get it boiling again.when I checked mine the driver side was clearing quicker than passengers side my neighbour who id a electrician tested it and found the driver side was using more polarity than the passenger side he said was about 2 amp differential in them
mine was done with a icy window I just left it mate passenger side is about 2-3 minutes slower clearing but I can live with that mate didn't want to pull things about and make it worse if it working I'll leave it aloneWhat was the solution mate, I had an electric kettle to steam up the inside,I'll have to get it boiling again.
Cheers,I'll still check out the number 4 relay to make sure its powering up the o/s of the screen.,need to make sure the faults not with the replacement.mine was done with a icy window I just left it mate passenger side is about 2-3 minutes slower clearing but I can live with that mate didn't want to pull things about and make it worse if it working I'll leave it alone
yeah I didn't think to check the relay to be honest I just thought seeing as though is working it best to leave itCheers,I'll still check out the number 4 relay to make sure its powering up the o/s of the screen.,need to make sure the faults not with the replacement.
