I have found the rad
i no it deff DONT leak cos it was on lmy andy
it has a few of the cooling fins missing from between the tubes at one side but its not to drastic like i said i was driving the landy for months with it.

if you are intrested let me no the rad ows me £30 surcharge from when i got my new one so i will take that for it if you want it .
you will have to collect or pay the postage tho .
This sis the best i can do m8 as i only kept it for a spare incase i ever needed to get one recored for a customer.

Well the Sager continues!!
I managed to get a Turbo and Manifold deiverd today from the breaker who ripped me off i think he is wearing thin as i give him a daily call to anoy him!!
But one problem they Sent a Disco Turbo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are assured i will get one deliverd tommorow ..why dont i beleive him???
I now have Rad and Intecooler so all i am wating on is an Intercooler!!
and bits and bobs.
I have now begun to take the old Engine out....
Can ayone one advise on best way of running up the 200TDI engine before fiitting so im assured its ok before fitting,also can you give laymans terms on what is needed to run up engine?????????
I tell ya what i have learnt loads about Land Rovers since starting this never endine project so some good has come out of it all

hope this helps ill try to list in order
1 wire a EARTH- to the engine from a battery
2 wire a LIVE+ to the main startermotor feed
so now you have 2 wires to the engine
3 wire a switched LIVE+ to the solonide on the injector pump from the battery
4 wire another switched LIVE+ to the solonide on the started motor from the battery
plum up the derv pipes to the injector lift pump ( forget the return for now just put in a bucket)
then all you do is switch the injector pump feed on and flick the feed for the starter solonide.
If you have any probs m8 you have my phone number give me a ring ill talk you threw it nps

Its Dandy mate again too few people are left in the world but its all good because this Forum has showed me who the true people are not just with the Parts i have been given but more important to me GENUINE PEOPLE DO EXSIST STILL IN THIS WORLD!!!
i AM JUST FED UP WITH A TOSSER THAT HAS MADE MY LIFE A MISERY SINCE HE SOLD ME THE ENGINE!!!!

know how you feel mate just had a quote to do my engine crankseal gonna be a slim wallet for a while
had to ground truck for while as i took all steering of to replace as many bits as i can befor challenge is getting there inch by inch taken all bumpers of and those pathetic plastic side sills all been replaced with the scorpion racing extreem bumpers and sills and now i gave a oil change and filter change i find my rear oil crank seal gone took for drive put my wading plug back in bell housing came back all was great till i took bell housing plug of and got a litre of fresh hot engine oil all over drive guess what the hardest part was to explaining to wife cos she caught me trying one of her new bfgoodrich 235/85/16 on my truck was only seeing if it would fit she went of like a demented demon and i ran for a beer keep going mate itl soon get there if i was nearer would come and help regards colin

I have got to go Glouctershire tommow to give some pain to a certain Breakers!!
Had enough now ..
Good news is the Engine moutings will fit off 2.5TD and Alternator and Starter Motors on the 200Tdi now the Bloody 2.5TD came out like Cake off a tray with Hungy Kids waiting on!!
All Degreased and we should have it in tommorow bar all the Pipes etc Aint Breakers Butchers when removing Engine bloody pipes they cut which i have got to get...From Mr Gloucster tom but he dont relize it yet!!
He bulled me today about sending me the Turbo up and then Rang to say his Driver let him down....Yea Right..
So i told him not to bother i would be down in the Morning to collect them in person!!
He Said....Ok mate no problem..Now he has not got the parts and is thinking **** but i wont show im botherd and i will have to be somwere else tommorow or he has got them but im going 87 miles and i hope he has as im not leavin without them boys!!

i have deff got a bottom steel pipe and rubbers hoses
not sure about the top metal hose but i will prob have some rubber for the top you. may need to find the 90 degree metal pipe from someone else
