wow £523 for just a clutch youve been well nailed down heres an idea of what is achievable me and the old geezer over the street set abbout a clutch on a 55 plate transit being the engine and box are roughly set out the same as landy minus the transfer box we gave it the works
converted the dual mass flywheel clutch plates pressure plates slave cylinder clutch arm and fitted a new starter motor as the owner had burned it out all changed to standard system as replacement parts are cheaper than dual mass
it took us 1 day on the driveway (as we couldnt put the van on the ramp cos the roof is too low ) the replacement parts cost £200 complete kit with flywheel starter motor and slave cylinder our labour cost fer 2 men was £150
the van was dropped off with us at 9am and we had done the job ready to collect by half 4 get trading standards on the case as it seems to all sense and purpouses the garage is takeing the **** out of you good and propper
