Hi guys,

I've had a couple of PM's over the past week or so after I've replied to your threads where it seems as though some of you weren't aware you can get in touch via the forum with any queries or requests for help with your insurance.

Just in-case there are some new guys here that weren't aware, you are welcome to send me a PM any time and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Be it a request for a new quotation, a change of vehicle, policy amendments, renewals or just a general moan - I'm all ears and will do my very best to provide resolutions.

My name is Jordan, I've worked here at Adrian Flux for a number of years and have been on here to assist for most of those too (I did have a break from it for a while as some may remember) but rest assured I'm here and have usually come good and provided the results you tough lot want :)

Hopefully speak to some of you soon!

Regards,
Jordan
Adrian Flux Insurance

Same here, had my 90 with them for many years but premium was too much this year so got the same cover from Brentacre for a lot less.
Now my D3 renewal arrives from Flux yesterday and has increased from £380 to £561 no changes to policy cover except another years no claims bonus,
Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Care to advise why with a years NCD extra you almost quadrupled the premium...?

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the message and if you'd like me to investigate please message me your full name / postcode. We are experiencing premium hikes across the board as well as an increase in IPT (insurance premium tax). That said it wouldn't have quadrupled the premium.

Regards.

Personally I use Esure for my Disco1 and they have been really reasonable for quite a few years, I get fully comprehensive with over 10 years no claims I don't take any extra's apart for car hire in the event of an accident, it works out to be around £240 ish PA mind you I am an old git so that helps, although I stopped using them around 5 years ago when they hiked up my premium and I migrated to another which I wont name but I will say they were rubbish however after two years Esure wrote to me and I took up their offer and since then they have been good, of course if they hike it up again I will leave again.:)
