Today we were having a clear up at home and took some rubbish to the dump in the RR.
Whilst at the dump a guy came up to me and said he had some P38 bits if I wanted them. These bits had been in his garage since he got rid of his RR a while back and he had wanted to give them to someone who had a RR.
So I said yes and followed him home.
What he handed me was:
All genuine Land Rover parts.
1) A brand new complete set of front and rear light guards, still in their boxes!
2) A brand new set of locking wheel nuts (four nuts and two of the unlocking keys).
A brand new mobile phone holder cubby box lid (dark colour) in it's box.
Then he gave me two sets of Thule roof bars. One for the P38 and the other set for a Classic (these clamp onto the sill).
I was gob-smacked, and he didn't want anything for them!!!
I will fit the lights and keep the P38 roof bars.
Anyone interested in the locking wheel nut set, the Classic roof bars or the mobile phone cubby box lid? PM me if you are.
