5th gear rumble

Hi I have a rumble I can feel when in 5th gear and only does while going along when I touch the throttle mostly, off throttle or clutch down is fine, is only a small rumble when I rest my hand on the stick, I would have thought normal but all other gears fine, anyone else found this thanks.
