Its the correct coolant and not mixed done about 100 miles ago, will check fan no way of knowing when pump was changed lots of paperwork no mention of new pump no way of checking it really just change, excuse my ignorance whats this RAVE not very computer literate sorry lol

I got to the point where I thought a slipped liner was the issue, even had a guy at a local land rover specialist tell me so.
I found and fixed some seemingly minor leaks, patience prevailed and everyone was happy

Hi guys, recently bought a l322 v8 petrol. I have had some issues with coolant loss too. First expansion bottle split. Then a hose from lpg to heater matrix split. Would like opinions on maybe being linked? No gunk etc at oil cap or dipstick is it worth getting a pressure test for hg done? Also breather hoses at crank all split so changing them too. Fixed leak at rear heater pipe all seems ok at moment and never overheated at all.

Don't be offended @M444TNM ,
Start a new thread with your issues and you'll get the help needed to put you right!!
The problem with piggy backing another thread is that your thread can be overlooked or even ignored while the current one is being discussed;)..
Good luck:D

Thanks , already done that after last message. Being new as everyone was at some point ( some people forget that) lesson learned.

Your welcome buddy. ;)
Well as suggested on here regarding vaporizer diaphragm Causing pressure problems and on lpg forum was suggested I run it on petrol only and give it a try, well got in car and turned to petrol only and suspension decided its going to go down and sit on the stops and wont raise no matter what I do so no road test to check out coolant situation it has run for a couple of hours with cap off no loss of coolant no pressure, would be great to road test it with cap on obviously when I get suspension sorted lol, I know its not connected just sods law previous owner said it had 4 air bags recently, so got nothing done on other one motors don't you just love them

Do you have the software and cable to read the EAS, if not may be able to sort something out unless there is anyone else closer.

I had the same problem a couple of years ago and discovered that the core on the rad was blocked, even tho the car was put in to an RR dealer. They said head gasket had gone so duly told them to do both head gaskets, week later went to pick the car up all seems ok. Drove out of there to be 3 miles from home when again it blew all the water out, so took it back for them to discover that it was the rad core. It was stone cold in the middle but hot on the out sides, they changed the rad and no more problems and I also got my money back from there diagnostics telling me the head gasket had gone from the hydrocarbon test. So check the rad first, run the engine till warm them try the rad.
