200tdi won't start after bulkhead swap.

Quick update, I noticed the earth side of relay was a green black wire so i looked in the engine bay side to see if there was a black green and there was... Connected it to an earth point and she fired straight up! Happy days!! Thanks all.

Now please test the black earth under the starter relay to a known earth point. If thats earthed even if its not the same earth point it will show continuity.

Based on my own experiances im still odds on for the start relay not being earthed.

Spot on buddy! I thought that 12v would still flow down the white Red cable even if it didn't have an earth and whilst trying to talk it through to the mrs earlier with her rolling her eyes I came to the idea of trying the earth at the starter relay
relay. When it turned out to be green and black I thought I'd try and find where that went and hey presto! Just got the rest of the truck to get back together now and I'm back on the road. Still no glowplug warning lights tho.
