I have 20" wheels and 255/50/R20 Nokian Outpost APT tires.

I checked tire pressure today and to my surprise it was set to 30PSI for front and 36 - for rear. The sticker (below) says that it should be 36 for front and 44 for rear.

Wanted to check with the community - is it OK to set 44PSI with these Nokian tires for rear wheels? Nokian's site does not say anything but other tire shops list 51PSI as max inflation pressure.

That's the US spec sticker (look at the spellings).

Looks like they only show the pressures for full load too, can't see the logic there unless it was an amendment for later cars as the OP sticker is dated 2004.

The sticker on photo is from door at driver side. Yes, checked RAVE and set 34 on front and 36 for rear.

A related question - what should be tire pressure for off-road driving if the road is dirt road with small rocks without sand?

Surely a trick question, range rovers don't go off road unless driving over the pavement :)

I run mine at around 18 psi when off roading but no lower as to blow the tyre from the rim 😬
