Hi All,

Long time lurker first time poster :)

Im just about to sell my 2005, Disco 3 and am thinking of changing to a Range Rover.

The one i have spotted is 2004, Vouge, 4.4 V8 Petrol, Full Main dealer History and only 61,000miles from new. Recent MOT and Service and New brakes and boots. :)

£11,250

Am i crazy looking at these motors, I'm used to the running costs, my disco 3 hasn't been kind with repairs etc, and the fuel isn't a major concern as work pay a lot towards it.

Anything i should look out for.

Is the price that far off?

I think reliability wise they are similar with D3's. I think price wise is OTT, by a few grand...
Good luck

Price is a tad to high, unless it is MINT and I mean Minty fresh Mint....

Agreed. Having recently bought a 2005 L322 Range Rover I have become pretty familiar with the pricing and I'd say it's about 2K above what it's actually worth. Low mileage doesn't mean much on a car of that age, stuff will still need replacing irrespective of it being a 60K mile car or a 100K mile car.
