well guys and girls iv recently purchesed a 2002 freelander gs 1.8 for 800quid its my first land rover and. i knew the prop shaft was missing and thought the cluch was a bit stiff and it was slipping but for 800 quid and 2 problems that i thought would be easy fixes as im a mechanic. so first problem was the clutch and by some miricle has healed its self no more slipping and peddle isnt soft but much better than before. and my next issue was the prop shaft whitch i found on ebay for a respectable £55 complete with viscus coupling and bearing. i knew the viscous coupling are common faults so wasnt getting my hopes up for it working. so it was all fitted yesterday and yeah the viscous is goosed but there is also an awful rumble now aswel with the prop on. so guys im just wondering if you think the ird is gone aswel or would it just be because the viscous is siezed or would it be a vicous bearing and how hard are the clutches normaly
