Thank you but i do know how to enter the eka code it does mention in there that the becm could be locked and need re-mobillising ?
I’m presuming you are referring to loss of sync?
If it’s lost sync it will crank and crank for eternity. Your issue shouldn’t engage the starter as everything is immobilised

Give it another go or two with Dan’s sheet at hand, pay close attention to what the indicators do may give a clue as to what is faulting

yes i know how to enter code turn lock to rear of motor 4 times to enter coding then input code but still no joy have just read on here that becm can lock its self and will need to be unlocked ?can be caused by a faulty door lock

Open and close the door after 2 attempts and it will reset the count. If you've had too many failed attempts then you probably need Rick-the-Pick.

No problem Dan lol I’m going to try that tomorrow and make a note of what the indicators and immobilise lights do
I haven't read the whole of the thread but you should check the side light warning light,it should illuminate each time you turn the key to show the signal is being passed on to the becm.I believe the indicator flash can be turned off in the becm.;)

Just a thought have you tried unplugging the door actuator and using a jumper wire in the socket to simulate the key turns. This would be a starting point to whether door out station could be faulty or as said a sync issue

Ok while entering the eka code the led light on the dash just flashes slowly and the indicators do nothing when I open the door the indicators flash and the led light flashes fast for a little bit then goes back to flashing slow ?

Indicators should flash to show you’ve entered a digit.
The led flashes fast when it’s system checking then returns to the usual slow flash that is normal.
If you are lucky you will have left the door card off :(
Just an observation.
Whether it is your "side-repeaters" or the LED in the binnacle cluster that lights to confirm the EKA "key-turns" is an option that is set in the BeCM.
Mine is set to "Side-Repeaters", the OP's may not be. HTH. ;)

Well observed Dan see post #46.;):D
Oops!
The point that the OP may not have realised is that there is ALWAYS an acknowledgement for every key-turn (if the switches are working), and it can be EITHER on the binnacle (RED LED?) OR the Side repeaters (if so set in the BeCM).
Sorry. :)

No problem Dan,I thought it was the side light warning light that flashed not the alarm red light. You may need someone sitting in the driver's seat to see it.
