Be no good for you,the electrickery inside will be all wrong.I could do with that fob I only have one I dont need the key blade
I belive they can be re programed with a Land Rover Test Book, but I may be wrong.Be no good for you,the electrickery inside will be all wrong.
Your wrong.otherwise the stealers would be doing them instead of getting them from Huff in Germany.I belive they can be re programed with a Land Rover Test Book, but I may be wrong.
One simple think I would try is, sit in the car and try locking and unlocking the car using the lock door latch then tern the ignition key and see what dash says. If it says use fob I would say it could be your door latch micro switches have failed .Cheers, I know about the battery, I have a new one ready to go, the central locking does work so where do I go from here ? I appreciate your help
The Stealers are very poor anyway when it comes to P38 I went to get some touch up paint for my car. They checked it out from the VIN. It is obsolete they said. But the paint is the same colour as used on some of the L322's I got some off the net no problem.Your wrong.otherwise the stealers would be doing them instead of getting them from Huff in Germany.
You will only need the door handle and lock, forget the ignition, just means you will have two keys. I think I have a handle and key in the garage.
Check your private messages, envelope symbol top right of page.Could you let le know if you do have a lock and key please and how much you want for them

Normally £25 on the bay. Depends what colour.Oh collector of P38 bits, got a plastic internal cover fer me 3rd brake light?
The handle will be with the garage on Monday.Further to @DanClarke s post he also did this I believe ( I have it labelled as his) which shows which wire to short to simulate key turns, I have never tried it, But may get it going while you are waiting for the new handle. The garage should be able to do this.
But I also liked the idea of taking the stuff out of the door lock barrel so you could carry a spoon on your keyring as a conversation piece
Finding somebody in your area with a Nanocom who could sort it would only cost your Cake/beer.

Still got loads to sort out so my lad doesn't have to.Your boxes of P38 stuff must be slimming down recently.
