I got fed up with mine; been driving around for a month now without indicators so I've dropped it of at the garage (Liveridge, Earlswood) this morning to sort it out...
Just hope it wont cost me too much:frown:

Well guys if it's not to late try the folowing: disconect your wiring loom under your bonet thats the wires by your cluch cyl end folow them going in to the chassis you can then pull the wiring off through it's exit at the rear of the chassis and you will more than likely find wires have rube'd through end tuching the chassis and giveing all sorts of electrical probs.. Cos i had the exact problems as you folks then after propa insulation of the loom i run it externaly but paralel to the chassis secured by ty raps. mine wagon is a110 200 tdi 1992 wintage.hope you get it sorted..

Mine's finally sorted:rolleyes:

I got fed up with faffing with it and after driving around without indicators etc. for a month I took it to my garage on Saturday the 15th of Jan.
Then had a call the following Monday (17th) telling me it was ready for collection.
After paying £115 for two hours of labour I got in it and the second I turned the key the ****ing fuse blew again:doh:
I was given a courtesy car at that point and left it there.

After a few calls back and forth it was ready for me to pick up yesterday (25th Jan).
Was charged an additional hour's labour which I think is fair enough as they've spent just over a week on it.

If I understand it right it turned out to be one of the main electric cables behind the dash shorting on something.
Very glad I've finally got my landy back:D
Thanks Liveridge!

Hi all, Just incase this is any help, My indicators don't work, they kinda work intermittently... if you tap the hazard switch, anyway I did some searching around and apparently the hazard switch for landys all the way up to 2007 models have a common fault of breaking internally and stopping any power reaching the indicators. Simple fix, new switch costs about a tenner, and its a 10 min job tops to fit it. For reference, my hazards still work, just the indicators stopped.
