200 tdi exhaust

Afternoon all

I'm currently in the process of installing a defender 200 tdi engine into my 90. Problem I have is that the 200tdi exhaust that I have purchased does not match up to the existing brackets in the chassis. What exhaust should I have got or can I purchase brackets to fit? Any help is very much appreciated! Cheers all

Get out the welder. I've got a ebay downpipe, 200tdi centre pipe & made a side exit back end

Can I use a TD exhaust, would this match up to the hangers that are already there? Please bear in mind that my 90 was originally petrol. Cheers

I used a TD to start off with but the 200 has a bigger bore. Don't know about the mounting points.

Where did you get the brackets to weld on?

Can anyone else shed some light

im doing the same, mine lines up more or less with the old brackets but they do differ so i am going to make some up off the old mounts

Cut off old and weld on new

All sorted, decided to get mounts fabricated which are being fitted today. Cannot wait to get the 200tdi finally fired up, I ain't gonna miss that petrol/lpg setup in the slightest
