Hi all.
My 1983 110 total rebuild is done and I'm wrangling with the agreed value for the insurance (FJ)
It's on a Richards chassis which has been painted in black poly and has an galv ashtree bulkhead, The axle cases trailing arms. A frame and radius arms also blasted and painted in black poly too.
New swivels, new steering box, rear disc conversion, goodridge lines, new clutch, master, and slave. New timing belt on the disco 200tdi.
Bare metal respray, all doors repaired (Ally sliding glass tops)
Modern Puma era seats installed front and rear, with correct brackets into the chassis for the 3 full rear seat belts.
Everything I came across was sorted or renewed.
As far as I'm concerned, to replace it with a similar vehicle would be nigh on impossible, unless I was to take another 2 years of evenings and weekends to do another one, so I'm looking for your recommendations of where to get it valued. I'm in NE Scotland.
