you can drive as a learner with a "provisional License"

and you cant drive on your own, you need someone in the car that is responsible to be teaching you.

plus you need to display the lovely L plates !

I too bought one of these had a terrible job to try and get it cut, as the big well known name locksmiths would not do it, took it to a local non franchise shop, said he would attempt to cut it, no guarantee or refund.so took the chance and he told me that the key blade was a few mm too short. grrr.

to .alex carter the 17 year old. Nice td4 at 17, my insurance is £200 full comp, max NCB, That's because I am a young 17+10+10+10 = I think that's 47, lol

When I was 17 I had a bicycle.
No fuel, no insurance, no hassle from the police, no parking tickets, no points, no visits to jail for having a pint and a half, no fat arse from sitting down driving.
 
Dont let any body tell you freelanders are not up to the job just over 5 months ago I drove from spain to Iran 72 hours virtualy non stop returning 2 days later at a slower pace just short 8100 odd miles 9 days
