Saw a youtube video and some various opinions on the web of how the 90 is a much better offroader than the 110.

What's the forum buzz on this?

I'd of thought they'd be near equals, with the 90 having a slight edge...

In extreem off roading with the same spec IMO the 90 has the slight edge due to its shorter wheel base, better turning circle and being a little lighter. But you can get more people, kit and can collect more mud with a 110.... both are very good. Driver skills and wheels/tyres are the biggest factors. As for 2 inch lifts etc..... I can live without them and so can a Land Rover.

Having had both and just finishing a nother 110 rebuild, i found the 110 a bit better off road as you don't get stuck in the ruts and dug out's that 90's and discos make in the ground as there both of about the same lent 96-100 inchs.
