A few more pics possibly of interest as seem pretty rare to me, three of these in the show, I'd never seen one before.

Site was biggern this, but we only stayed 45 mins. Lots of R17s, not ONE Opel, which was weird. Lots of Triumphs, TR4s etc, some Caterhams, (How they get them in the country I have no idea!)

I seem to be getting a bit bored of car shows and have no idea why. Plus we arrived at lunch time so the bar was mobbed. (2 1/2 hours driving, there and bac, for this. ) No LR vehicles at all. :(
I do have a good pic of the car's with the single back seat, I'll put it up later. Nice car, expensive as heck nowadays.

Just realised I have boobed and possibly given the rear seat game away!!

Top ones martra or somit grp fings.

Haha I see what you've done now 🤣 🤣

The point being that brocanteurs sometimes have a nasty habit of trying to pass off the stock from their shop that is dodgy onto the unsuspecting tourists or others who do not know where their shop is, and, as it is a once a year affair, no chance of taking it back. Old watches with no second hand make it tricky to tell, and it is too noisy, with my dodgy ears(!) to tell if one is ticking or not. So a couple of turns on the crown, quick flick to set it going, set the hands to 12 o'clock and see what happens. Which is what I always do in the auction rooms if I am at all worried. Come back after going round the place and see what is what.
No one has ever objected so far, so I'm pretty sure it was dodgy.
We have seen before brocanteurs trying to sell the same Hermes scarf at €250 ( ) that another a few stalls down is selling at €150, (still ).

Isn't that the same with all markets, antique fairs, auction rooms, souqs and retails pop-ups ...

Big spider int baff smornin. Couldn't gerrits self out. Left a cup ferrit to crawl into. It din't so later on eye put the cup overrit and slid some card under. Normally put them on the sloping roof outside me window but this were too big. Purrit at the bottom ov the garden.
