Why did the fuel lid open? Nervous reaction?
The whole car went live as the water entered the becm. It burnt the two rear door locks, the fuel cap lock, emptied the screen wash and nearly burnt the heavy live to the battery while the starter was screaming it's t#ts off... All while the key was in my handWhy did the fuel lid open? Nervous reaction?

she missed youWeirdest thing happened. She has been sat for more than a week, weather a tad bitter this morning. Got in her , put key in,turned without resistance and she started first time. What kind of sorcery is this?
Not good to just change one tyre if the other is a bit worn in fact in France it's illegal.Been using my "new" 60 reg TDV8 for the commute to work this week, night work, so traffic is light but the roadworks do as well! On Wednesday morning at about 0130 coming down the A249 from sittingbourne to the M20, police had closed the road to to a serious RTC. I diverted round some back lanes as did a lot of others, must have found a bad pot hole somewhere along the way without realising. Got onto the M20 at junction 8 and after a while the ride felt a bi rough. Eased off the gas and the car started drifting. Next the clumpety clump of the rear nearside tyre disintegrating. Luckily it held up and managed to pull over to safety on the hard shoulder. Called the breakdown company as I didn't want to risk changing the wheel using the LR tinplate scissors jack.
It took over 2 hours for help to arrive as the call centre the recovery driver the wrong location! The M20 at Ashworth, not Ashford...He didn't have the right socket to fit the wheel nuts so had to trailer us home. I used a big bus jack to lift the car in the morning and fitted the spare wheel. Got a new tyre fitted today and the tyre compny fitted that to the car. Not cheap, but essential.
Since I got the oil cooler and thermostat and housing changed a few weeks ago the minor oil and water leaks have gone away. I've still got the driver's side heating not working at times, I need to change the valve unit for that.
she missed you
Maybe a diving suit range?
