My 109 has a 5 speed lt77 serial number pic below, it was my understanding that r380s started with Suffix J
& LT77s was up to suffix H..... wonder why mines has this.............

Yes its deffo reverse next to first lol before anyone asks....

That maybe an Ashcroft number.
R380's never started with a "J"
Suffixes are at the end, Prefixes are at the beginning
