What is the best way to filter Used Cooking Veg /Rape Oil???

I can get hold of a decient 240v Pump and am thinking of setting up a filter system in my garage.

On the draw pipe from the old oil I will be fitteing a strainer at the end of the pick up, but then I am going to put 2 inline bowl type filters with renewable cartriges, the question is what micro should the first and second filter be to get a good quality clean oil out???

Hopefully be aquiring 250ltrs of used oil next week and want to set a good cheap system up by the weekend.

The only 20litre cans at my local bookers have got E900 Anti Foaming Agent Sh1te in them. So I got Euro shopper rapeseed 45 x 1 litre bottles. Bottles are PET and went into the recycle bin as did the boxes. I put 20l derv, 20l biodiesel and 40 l of rapeseed in. It takes a bit of starting (blip the throttle) and a bit of black smoke until it's warm (I swear it's the cr@ppy biodiesel) but runs fine when the engine is warmed up. Top tip, just b4 I dumped the bottles I scavenged the dregs out of each one and got another half litre of oil.

now done the first ten or so miles on pure oil, not a murmur or anything (although i expect most of the mileage was on the leftovers in the pipes and filter) but tis lookin quite promising! Smells LUVVELY!!!

That k t c oil is the stuff with the anti-foaming agents in it .Ive got 20 litres of it but dont want to use it.

As asked before, seeiings youj look like the expert on this topic..

A) What microns do I need for a two stage home brewing filter set-up.

B) Will anti-foaming casue a problem..

P.S. Where in Staffs are you ??

1 micron is perfect 5 micron is sufficient
I would avoid the anti-foaming ****e
