greenlaning essex area

hi there

im a new member and have owned a p38 4.6 for about a year and a half and think its time to take it greenlaning as it has never seen any mud in its life (same goes for myself ) any way im advised not to go out by myself but to tag along with overs who know what they are doing, "sounds like very good advice especially as i'm new to this"

I have done a few lanes in norfolk but don't know any in essex, i will get some o/s maps and try to find some. i would deffo be up for some laning tho

sounds good not done any lanning before so any help is appreciated gona change the oil seals on the front axle over the weekend as ive noticed they are leaking "looks like i coud be doing some serious swearing over the weekend then"

there is some good green lanes near chelmsford, if u are ever up in suffolk any time we have loads of lanes this way. whole network through thetford forest

i have done a bit but not greenlaning, cant wait to give it a go, looks pretty safe from what i seen/heard, no silly hills or drops i guess, lost my classic to a stupidly steep hill in north yorks, prob only stupid thing was trying it!
anyhow i very interested in this, thetford forest isnt too far from me, hour tops i recon, so if some one could point me in the right direction.......................

that sounds good, meet up somewhere and then have a cruise in the forests, i assume?

Little baddow ford is about 1/2 a mile from my house i went through it the other night its about a foot deep at the moment.



unless your into 'dogging' avoid it at night
