bonnet catch- sorry to bother you me and wife just popped the bonnet again the bonnet spring looks verry tight can it be slackened with screwdriver in the end as it has a slot in??

I have a discovery 2 that’s been kangarooing
Garaged has had it 6 weeks and can’t find problem
Today a friend plug it in to his scanner and we noticed it’s fluctuating from high and low constantly

Could this cause this running issue

Hi, 1989 Range Rover Vogue SE - I lost the pictures from when a stripped it down.

Please can someone advise where the wires in the attached images go, or even if they don't belong where I have them shown.

(It's the wires coming out of the blue connector I need to find out about).

Many thanks for any advice.

Hi All ,I am trying to restore a J reg 1999 110 station waggon,The trouble i have i bought it as a rolling chassis,
the rest in boxes .As i am retired i thought it would be a good project,I have a workshop manual but i am struggling to find what goes where so any help wood be great

You would do better to go to the relevant section and ask questions (add pics it helps) and you will get loads of help.
Maybe start a "members project"

Hello Grant,
In 2012 you had a problem with your defender 1986 2.5, where all electrics didn't work.
I have the same problem now.
I know it is a long time ago, but if you still remember what you did I would be glad to hear from you.

Ya I paid £50 for one and it was good ran it for over a year till bearings gave up
I still have it but the bearings would need a puller to get them off !
If you are up north You can try my New shiny VCU before I put it on my new Freelander it only takes 1hour
I have the VCU and two parts of the prop as well if you are struggling to find one anywhere you could buy ?

I have a land rover series 3 from 1977 diesel 2 1/4 Liter engine. I can't seem to get 20w50 for the engine so what oil can I use.
